We have the experience and equipment to handle both, adapting technique to the age and material of each window.
The hills surrounding Los Gatos drop leaves, pollen, and dust onto windows, and many homes also deal with hard-water deposits from irrigation overspray. We address all of it during each visit: heavy debris is pre-rinsed, glass is scrubbed and squeegeed, screens are washed, and tracks and frames are cleaned. For hard-water stains, we use dedicated removal products.
