About our pressure washing service
We take a different approach to pressure washing than most companies. Instead of blasting surfaces with maximum pressure—which can etch concrete, dislodge aggregate, pit stucco, and strip paint—we use a soap-first method that protects your property while still producing outstanding results.
We apply detergent to the surface and let it break down dirt, grime, moss, and algae before using higher pressure. For heavily soiled areas, we soap three to five times before the pressure pass. This process takes more time, but the result is a surface that is as clean as possible without damage.
We pressure wash driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, retaining walls, building exteriors, fences, and more. Our equipment includes two professional-grade pressure washers with built-in detergent reservoirs for efficient soap application.
